“Why so many sermons on Old Testament?”
Why do so many churches major in the Old Testament most of the year? Can you explain the difference between the pattern (flesh) and the power (sin)? Am I breaking the Sabbath if I go to church on Sunday? Does God forgive us immediately after we ask Him each time we sin?
“Is the whole world forgiven?”
Is the comfort mentioned in Isaiah 40 seen fulfilled by Romans 5? Is the whole world forgiven of their sins? Or are only believers forgiven? I don’t think churches preach enough about judgment today! Why is the message of grace not received with more widespread enthusiasm?
