Diane from Medina, New York called in to ask why she was being taught to “keep short accounts with God” if the Lord does not take her sins into account (Psalm 32:2; Romans 4:8).

In my response to Diane, I point out the contradictions within the faulty belief that Christians are being forgiven progressively. I also address why total forgiveness isn’t dangerous when it’s offered by God in conjunction with a new heart.
