What is The Grace Message?

The Grace Message (TGM) is a non-profit 501c3 organization located in Texas within the The Grace Message (TGM) was founded in 2015. We exist to proclaim the finished work of Jesus Christ with boldness and clarity. Our ability to share the message of God’s grace is dependent upon the generous funding we receive from supporters like you.

What data or information is covered by this policy?

This policy covers information about or linked to a natural person (personal information). It includes data we obtain from you, such as your name, email address, phone number, IP address, or mobile device’s unique identifier, and may include financial information (if you are a donor) and/or faith information.

Why does TGM collect personal information?

We aim to communicate meaningful and encouraging information to our supporters by mail, email, text, or telephone. Our communications may include news about our progress and ways that our supporters can help us accomplish our goal of sharing the message God’s amazing grace. We also use personal information to keep TGM running, to better understand how our supporters use what we offer them, to customize their experiences (including the content, marketing materials, and promotions they see), to prevent abuse, and to improve TGM in general. We process your data based on these legitimate interests.

When does TGM collect personal information?

We may collect personal information during your interaction with our primary ministry website, our individual book websites, our mobile applications, our social media pages, and when you correspond with us by telephone, e-mail, mail or text.

TGM does not currently employ automated processing/profiling that produce legal effects on individuals.

We believe that our supporters share our genuine interest of spreading the gospel around the world through our diverse media channels. We also believe that our supporters expect us to tell them about new opportunities to contribute to our unique and rewarding work. We depend on our supporters’ generosity to continue our work and believe that this type of communication is a legitimate interest of ours that also respects our supporters’ rights and freedoms.

You always have the right to object to receiving direct marketing from us even if we believe that we have a legitimate interest to communicate with you in this way. You can contact us to request that we stop all direct marketing messages by calling 800-658-9807 or emailing our database manager.

To stop any undesired email marketing, simply click on the Unsubscribe link within any email. Requests are usually processed immediately, but please allow ten business days for the removal request to be processed. Even after you unsubscribe from promotional email messages, you may still receive transactional (non-marketing) messages from us.

While TGM uses third party vendors to communicate with you, your information, including your email address, will not be sold, shared or disclosed with any third party outside of the TGM family unless necessary to provide communications from TGM through third party vendors.
