In Part 10 of my series, The Perfect You, I share an idea you may have never heard in church before: do nothing.
What we often hear instead is to focus our energies on being better, closer, and cleaner. We’re told there’s something wrong with us, and it requires frantic activity to try to do enough to be OK with God.
But have you ever considered the possibility that what God wants most from you is a simple trust and belief in Him?
In this message, I address the art of doing nothing. Do nothing to get closer to God. Do nothing to get more forgiven. Do nothing to fix your heart.
Do nothing to get right and stay right with God!
