Somebody always pulls out Romans 3:31 like it’s a loophole—“See? Faith establishes the Law!” But that doesn’t mean faith helps you keep the Law; it means faith puts the Law on a pedestal and admits the truth: it’s holy, perfect… and impossible for you to keep.
The irony is wild—people who cherry-pick a “manageable” version of the Law are actually insulting it by acting like it’s doable. Real esteem doesn’t edit Moses down to a starter kit—it esteems the full weight of the Law and then chooses Jesus instead.
