Judgment for Teachers? Judgment at Communion?

Are Christian teachers judged by God in a unique way? Is original sin biblical? What about being righteous by (re)birth? What’s the “unworthy manner” of celebrating the Lord’s Supper in 1 Corinthians 11? And what about the “judgment” in that same communion passage? Is it from God?
