Am I being disobedient to God if I go to a church that has women pastors? Are we judged by what we did with the opportunities God gave us? How many judgments are there? What will it be like for Christians? I can’t find a grace-focused church! What should I do? Why do I have […]
“Is it okay to listen to false teachers?”
Is the return of Christ secretive or public? Does the final judgment come later? I can barely pay my rent, yet I feel pressure to tithe. Should I? Is it okay to listen carefully to false teachers to glean bits of truth? Why do I have dreams that I’m losing my salvation?
“I feel like a hypocrite when I read the Bible or pray!”*
Why is it so hard for me to believe my “sins of omission” are forgiven? I feel guilty (like a hypocrite) when I read the Bible or pray, because of my choices lately. What can I do? How do 2 Corinthians 5 and Romans 14 fit together and show us what will happen at the […]

Is there one final judgment or two?
Are there always earthly consequences for our actions? How do we stay “positive” about God even in the midst of them? Is there one final judgment or two? What does 2 Corinthians 5:10 mean when it says “we must all appear” and then it speaks of being “recompensed”?
“A God of love and punishment?”
Is infant baptism in the Bible? How can God love us but also punish unbelievers? Does the punishment ever cease? I struggle with my need for prescription drugs. Can I lose my salvation over the issue? How does God view me? Help me understand Romans 10:13 and its true meaning!
“Why is Luke 19 so violent?”
Did James not understand grace? What is the human spirit? Why do Christians fight online so much? The Parable of the Minas in Luke 19 seems so violent. How can we understand it as an essential part of Jesus’s teaching?
What happens at the final judgment?
What will happen at the final judgment? Will the Jews get a second chance after the rapture? Are we like Ezekiel the “watchman” in Ezekiel 33? Will we be held accountable for the souls of others? Do you believe in a pre-tribulation rapture?
Old Testament violence? Ouch!
How do we reconcile Old Testament violence with the message of Jesus today? What does James 2 mean when it says three times that we are “justified by works”? (We can’t ignore the presence of this phrase, and we must wrestle with it.) Why does James 5 say we will come under judgment if we […]
Does all sickness come from the soul?
Is there a rapture? How many judgments will there be? Does all sickness come from the soul? Does committing a willful sin mean you’re not saved? How and when exactly are we saved? Should I separate from or divorce my husband? It’s been many years of struggle and abuse. If every knee will bow, then […]
“Eastern Orthodox – the one, true church?”
What is Luke 6:38 really saying about giving and receiving from God? How can we respond to the Eastern Orthodox Church who claims to be the one and only original church today? What is freedom in Christ? What kind of “freedom” are we really talking about? Romans 14 tells us not to judge other people […]
“Two judgments or one?”
Why does Jeremiah 31 say we don’t need to teach our neighbor about the Lord? If Lazarus was raised from the dead and then died again later, why does Hebrews say it’s appointed for us to die once? Why did Jesus say He came not to bring peace but a sword in Matthew 10? Are […]
“Is saltwater fishing a sinful idol for me?”
What did Jesus mean by “falling on the stone” in Matthew 21? Does God judge us based on how we treat our family? My wife says saltwater fishing is sinful and opens me up to spiritual attack. What are your thoughts?
07.07.2024 – The Grace Message with Dr. Andrew Farley
It’s so important to distinguish message from messenger! What about those who never hear the gospel? How are we to understand the issues related to end times? Does Revelation 22 mean there will be no sun or light in heaven, other than God? What is the heart of God toward us? What does He want […]
“Are we two parts (soul, body) or three?”
How should we approach unbelievers in our circle? Do we have two parts or three parts? Does our spirit sin? Does Hebrews 9 say that God plans our time of death? What happens to those who reject the gospel? What are some key verses that remind us of our identity in Christ?
Forgiven but judged?
Do angels have gender? What purpose do they serve? Why does Passover come after Easter? Should all Christians observe Passover too? If we believers are totally forgiven, why do some say we will have to answer for every idle word at the final judgment?
“Does God forgive you daily, sin-by-sin?”
Will humanity have a second chance after death to receive Christ? Do we have to confess every sin to be forgiven by God? What about 1 John 1:9? Isn’t it a “bar of soap” for daily cleansing for Christians?
Give an account? Plead the blood? Not exactly.
Do Christians have to give an account for their sins? Does 2 Corinthians 5 describe a second and separate judgment for believers? Do we need to plead the blood of Jesus over people or situations? Is that idea in the New Testament? What is the discipline of the Lord? How is it different from the […]
“Did I take the mark of the beast?”
Are all sins equal? What about consequences? And what about judgment and punishment? I drank an energy drink, and now I’m afraid I took the mark of the beast! I visit church services of many denominations, and I wonder what’s most important to look for in a church?
Still under “the moral Law”?
What does it mean to grieve the Spirit? Why does James say we all stumble when Peter says there’s a way not to stumble? Why do so many church people judge others? Does the bread and wine become the body and blood of Christ? Where does Catholicism get things wrong when it comes to forgiveness? […]
