“Lead Us Not Into Temptation”?

How should we view those who say they’re saved yet keep on sinning? And what if they end up in jail or prison? Why does the Lord‘s Prayer say “lead us not into temptation”? Why does Jesus talk about getting a return that’s a hundredfold or sixtyfold or thirtyfold? What’s He talking about?
