“God gave up on me? Or are these lies?”

I heard Proverbs 26 is about a believer losing salvation. I’ve been depressed about my eating disorder and need help with this passage! What kind of battle are we really in on a daily basis? What does Ephesians 6 mean when it speaks of the armor of God?
