Tithing, Baptism, and the Best Bible

Is the Ethiopian Bible better or more accurate? Is God pruning me? Why do so many pastors say I’ll be cursed if I don’t tithe? Does Mark 16:16 mean we need to be water-baptized to be saved? Isn’t the King James the best Bible?
