Forgive Others? Predestined? Sold to Sin?

I don’t want to forgive people, and I don’t want to love people. I want them to suffer! Does God choose some people to believe in Him and leave others with no chance? Can you talk about the renewing of the mind? What’s happening there? I was reading Romans 7, and it sounds like he’s not a believer when he’s describing the struggle. Am I crazy for thinking that?
