Salvation, Guilt and Baptism

When I sin (lust, pornography, etc.), how do I distinguish guilt from God? Can anyone be saved? In the end, will everyone be saved? I was baptized as a child in a Catholic family. Should I consider being baptized again now that I’m born again?
