“How do I feel better after sinning?”

Why does it seem like healing and miracles stopped? And what about demons today? How do we know Jesus is the Messiah? My brother isn’t sure about the Trinity. What can I do? What should we do when we sin? Ask God for forgiveness and then forget about it?
