“I’m bedridden. My friends say it’s unconfessed sin!”

What is Jesus doing as our high priest now? I was told if I don’t sow on earth, I won’t have a bank account in heaven. Is that true? I have suffered from illness, grief, and loss. My friends and family say it must be from unconfessed sin. Is that the case? What role does church discipline have in the new covenant era? Did Jesus go to Hell for three days (2 Peter 2)?
