“God wants to heal everyone? It’s our fault we’re not healed?”

How do we best interpret the warnings in Revelation about removing our lampstand or being lukewarm? I had an out-of-body experience with a bright light, and it confirmed my salvation. What are your thoughts?Shouldn’t we expect a full cure of every disease since God wants to heal all of us?
