“Did I sell my soul to Satan?”

I struggle with obsessive thinking, wondering if I’m disqualified for salvation. Were those who gambled for Jesus‘s clothing forgiven for that? Do we need to ask for forgiveness for every sin? What about confession? Repentance? Is the United States the Babylon spoken of in Revelation? I struggle with smoking cigarettes, and I wonder if I can still bear fruit for God?
