“They told my son he’s not saved!”

I struggle with obsessive thoughts about my salvation and staying in God’s will. Is this God sending me a message? My 11-year-old went to a camp and was told that he is not saved, because he hasn’t been baptized in water. Can you help him? What is the true meaning of predestination? Can women speak in church and serve in leadership? Or should they be quiet in every church setting?
