“Does having more people pray with you persuade God?”

Is it okay to get a tattoo? What about a tattoo of Scripture? Did Eve lie when she said they must not “touch” the tree? Are all snakes from Satan? If we get more people to pray with us, is it more likely for God to answer “yes”?
