Laying on of Hands? All Receive Crowns? One Return of Christ?

What significance does the laying on of hands hold? We know the Holy Spirit is only received by faith, right? What are the crowns in the New Testament? Will all believers receive them? So you believe in the rapture, but not a secret rapture? (Yes, exactly!). So then, why does God send angels to separate the wheat from the chaff?
