Anxiety, Forgiveness, and New Life

Will there be a third temple ushering in the end times? I pray all the time, trying to give God my anxiety, but I still feel stressed. Am I not trusting Him? Why didn’t Adam just ask God to forgive him? Who was Melchizedek? Why is he important today?
