Satan is “god of this world” (2 Cor. 4)?

Did Satan really “persuade” God, talking Him into allowing Job to be tempted? How do I “contend for the faith” (Jude 3) with the Mennonites and other communities steeped in tradition? What kingdoms of the world have been delivered unto Satan (Luke 4)? What does that mean for God and His place in our nations?
