“Should I be worried about judgment day?”

My wife and I disagree so much about theology. We have debates all the time, and now I’m wondering what to do. Can you explain 1 Thessalonians 4 in terms of sanctification and sexual immorality? What about Matthew 25 and the punishment mentioned there? Should I be worried?
